Established in 2015, Women in Product exists to connect women with new roles at female-friendly companies, new friends, and just-in-time negotiation and career advice. But, you don't have to take our word for it.
Women in Product feels like an intimate, friendly community [of thousands] of women with advice or guidance for so many product questions, but more importantly, there is an abundance of empathy, support, and encouragement for broader professional and industry challenges.
It became a safe haven where I felt like I could ask any question - no matter how basic or detailed - and always receive thoughtful, warm responses and encouragement. Having now spoken to several women over the phone or video, I can attest to how giving, generous, and special this community is.
The welcoming Women in Product community has helped me network with amazing women and build a support system in my new home, New York City. I have attended events organized by the NYC chapter and am grateful to have had the opportunity to bounce ideas off other PMs and learn from their experiences!
